30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Sidekick, operated by Sidekick Systems LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with Sidekick for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Or email our support team at support@sidekickpayroll.com and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing — your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.
For refund requests outside the 30-day window, please contact us. We review these on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's refund policy.
